- Free shipping on orders over £75
Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
How to Start a Return
Email us at orders@astraeadesigns.com with your order number and details, and we’ll make the process quick and easy. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@astraeadesigns.com.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund - no hassle.
